*Laney*
I walked down the aisle, holding my flowers with Reese on my arm. I stood off to the side where the bride was going to stand and Reese went to best-mans side. I smiled and winked at him, and he winked back.
The music started playing and I saw Jessica walk from around the corner and I looked at Marcus, and all I could see was love in his eyes.

Jessica and Marcus were connected. You could tell. There was something in their eyes that made the air non-breathable. Once the music stopped and Jessica stood in front of Marcus, they smiled at each other, and turned to the priest.
After they exchanged their vows and rings. The priest said "you may now kiss the bride" and everyone erupted in cheers. They grabbed hands and ran down the isle. Reese and I followed them. As we linked arms, he whispered, "Remind you of anything?"
I smiled and looked at my left hand. Reese and I had gotten married a month ago. Jessica and I had gotten engaged around the same time.

But, I had other news and no one knew. I was pregenant. I found out this morning just after Reese had gone to Marcus's to get ready and Jessica stayed at our house last night. I hadn't even told Jessica.

"Reese, I need to tell-" I started to say but Reese cut me off.

"We need to say good-bye to Jessica and Marcus before they go to Venice.

"Okay, but,"

"Come on," He urged and we ran outside to where Jessica and Marcus were getting into a car. Everyone ran from behind us to gather outside and wave them off. We all waved and when they were out of sight, everyone calmed down and went back to their cars.

Once Reese and I were in our car, I turned to him and gave him a look that he's known since we were in grade seven. He put the key in the ignition and turned to look at me. I looked into his deep brown eyes that I still couldn't believe looked at me with all this love.

"What's wrong?"

"Reese, I'm . . . I . . ." I got cut off again by Reese's phone ringing. It was Marcus, I could tell.

"Hey man, how's the married life been treating you."

"I've only been married for twenty minutes." Marcus said as Reese put on speaker.

Reese lightly tapped the microphone. "Attention everyone!" He said into the mic. Everyone stopped talking and looked at Reese. I stared at my boyfriend. He looked so natural, so handsome standing there giving a speech for our best friends.

"I've known Jessica and Marcus since elementry. But, only when Marcus told me how much he loved Jessica before they started dating in high school, I knew they were going to last forever. I'm so happy for you, man, and I wish you the best of luck." He handed the mic to Marcus and sat down. Then Marcus pasted the music to me.

I smiled. "I agree with Reese. I've known Jessica and Macrus so many years that I knew some how they were going to see the feelings they had for each other even if I was going to make them realize." A few people laughed. I smiled and looked at my best friends. "But, now that they are together, I only wish them the best of luck. I love you guys. You'll always be my brother and sister."

Everyone clapped and Reese and I hugged Jessica and Marcus. The DJ interuptted and annouced for the couple to take their first dance. After a moment, Reese and I followed. We got into the usual dancing position and I smiled at him.

"So, how does it feel to be the best man at your best friends wedding?" I asked, grinning.

"Good, but having my girlfriend here makes it all better." He replied and twirled me. I half cringed at the word girlfriend. After being in this wedding, it makes me realize that I want to be more than his girlfriend.

"Oh, and I almost forgot." He grinned again and bent down. For a moment I thought he was tying his shoe so I looked around and noticed everyone was looking at us. Confused, I looked down.

He was on one knee, holding a blue box in his hand. I blushed and my heart started pounding more than it was to begin with. "Laney Bloom, I know this is weird time and place to propose during your best friends wedding, but I figured it was unique. I love you, and I have for a longer time that you believe I have. So, Laney, will do me the honor of becoming my wife?" He blinked, waiting for my answer.

I looked at Jessica and nodded, motioning her face towards Reese. I smiled down at him, looking like I was considering my options. His bright, smiling face turned into a sadness and as he started to get up, I grinned. "Of course I'll marry you, Reese. There was never a question if I'd say no." I kissed him and as we kissed, he put on the ring.

As everyone returned to what they were doing, I put my mouth close to Reese's ear. "Oh, and I'm pregnant." He looked at me, then my stomach, then back at me. The love in his eyes almost made me want to faint.

"I love you, Laney. Now you're officially mine.

"I love you too, Reese. You were always mine." I grinned and kissed him.
